Meet The Team
Jonathan Atema
From a young age, Jon has had a strong passion for the excavation industry. If you wanted to occupy Jon as a kid, give him a set of dozers and dump trucks. As Jon got older, the toys got bigger, and he has spent the last 7 years laying the foundation of his excavation experience. As the main equipment operator for Full Force, Jon is committed to running a quality job site with his attention to detail and skill to make sure jobs run smoothly. When he’s not in the excavator, you can find Jon on a dirt bike, a snowmobile or tinkering on his next project.
Jeremy Atema
Jeremy has spent the last 15 years of his career working in various capacities including material handling, sales, marketing, and management. Eventually Jeremy was ready for a new and refreshing challenge. In 2024, he became a certified septic practitioner and started with Full Force to combine the knowledge of business operations with a commitment to understanding the wastewater industry. Outside of work, you’ll find Jeremy tending to the family’s ranch near Camrose and spending time with his growing family.
